Gema Monedero has an extensive career in both executive search and selection, as well as in strategy, organization, and transformation projects, with over 25 years of experience. She also has over 8 years of experience advising Boards of Directors and senior management of both listed and unlisted companies. She has led direct search processes, facilitated board evaluations for Ibex-35 companies, middle-market businesses, and financial institutions, among others, and designed competency matrices. Additionally, she brings her own experience as a board member, currently serving as the Secretary of the Board of Directors at Ackermann International.
She holds a degree in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Madrid, an ESG Program from ESADE, an Advanced Management Program in Digital Business from The Valley, an Executive Women on Boards Program from IESE, a PDD (University of Navarra-IESE, Madrid), and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from EOI.
As a founding partner of Ackermann, her professional career has spanned well-known national and international companies in the telecommunications, healthcare, consumer goods, retail, tourism, and public administration sectors, as well as in top consulting firms such as CapGemini & EY.
