Progress Report
A report detailing the progress of the search and the status of potential candidates at all stages, with specific and detailed information about their education, background, fit for the role, motivation, and salary expectations. Additionally, it includes all necessary supplementary information.
Assessment PDA
The PDA defines the candidate’s behavior profile, allowing for an in-depth understanding of the individual’s skills, strengths, and potential areas for development, along with an objective comparison among finalists tailored to the relevant skill set for the position.
Integrated Employee Review
Interview with the newly hired individual to assess their integration status within the company (6 months after joining). It includes the onboarding plan, follow-up meetings, expectations, development plan, identification of improvement opportunities, and a debrief or report to the client.
