José Antonio García has over 25 years of experience in the international executive search market. He is primarily specialized in the healthcare sector, working with both national and international clients to find executives for a wide range of roles. His clear objective is always the same: to find the best talent to build leading and innovative organizations.
In addition to his experience in the healthcare industry, José Antonio also has extensive experience in the technology sector, which brings added vision and strategic value to manage the imperative of digital transformation that all organizations face today.
He is a founding partner at Ackermann. Prior to this, he co-founded Accetis International. He has also worked as a manager in the telecommunications and healthcare sectors at Nicholson International, and as a Senior Consultant at Research-Consulting.
He holds certifications from ICA – Board of Directors, the Senior Executive Program at IESE, a Master’s in Human Resources Management (Complutense University of Madrid), a Master’s in Total Quality Management (Madrid Chamber of Commerce), and a degree in Political Science and Sociology from Complutense University of Madrid.
He also collaborates as a professor at various business schools.
