Ana Niño has a professional career spanning 20 years in the field of Human Resources and talent acquisition.
She has notable 360º experience in selection, having worked in both corporate human resources management and in consulting and academia.
She has held various HR positions in multinational technology companies such as Alcatel and pharmaceutical firms like GSK and Qualicaps.
In the educational sector, she has directed the career services department for postgraduate programs at ESADE. In consulting, she has taken on various responsibilities in top-tier international firms, initially in middle management and later in top management.
In 2011, she joined Ackermann as an Executive Search Manager specializing in technology and pharmaceuticals, although throughout her career with the group, she has gradually increased her responsibilities as well as the areas and sectors of specialization.
She holds a degree in Psychology from UAM and a Master’s in Human Resources and Organization.
