Mariví Campos has developed her career at various prestigious consulting firms, holding executive positions, leading teams, and introducing changes and improvements that have enabled the transformation and growth of the businesses she has participated in.
She specializes in the design and implementation of Global Talent Management processes, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), Leadership, and Culture.
Her experience and differential approaches have allowed her to evolve people models with a significant impact on business sustainability, including: (i) succession planning through the identification of key individuals in critical positions; (ii) M&A operations and venture capital, evaluating executive positions for cultural fit; (iii) defining and implementing models for managing diverse talent; (iv) developing critical skills in leaders; (v) raising awareness among management committees on D&I and developing D&I programs and activities that promote the creation of inclusive cultures; and (vi) advising management committees and participating in governance bodies on issues related to talent and D&I.
Throughout her career, she has notably designed and led projects for local clients that have been recognized as best practices at both corporate and global levels.
She balances her professional work with teaching, serving as a professor of HR, Personal Branding, and D&I in the Executive Development Programs (PDD) at EOI and regularly speaking at various HR forums.
She holds a degree in Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Master’s in Human Resources from CEF, and an MBA from IEDE Business School. She is a Senior Manager in Digital Talent, Human Resources Management, and Services from ICEMD (ESIC) and also holds a Coaching certificate from Augere CTI and Group Coaching PCC from ICF from the Lider-haz-Go school (2019).
