Paula Prida has over 25 years of professional experience, with more than 10 years in the Executive Search sector.
She has solid experience in leading teams of consultants and working on the search for strategic positions for major national and multinational companies across various economic sectors.
Since 2020, she has been leading executive search processes in the financial, industrial, and services sectors at Ackermann, among others.
Before entering the headhunting sector, she held executive positions in commercial and marketing areas at leading companies in the financial sector.
She holds a degree in Commercial Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Economic and Business Sciences from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile.
