Óscar Sobrón has extensive experience of over 20 years in the Executive Search sector, having developed most of his career in international environments and participated in numerous executive search projects for large companies in various markets. His career has taken him to countries such as Germany, France, Sweden, Colombia, and the United States, allowing him to gain a multinational perspective that enriches his professional experience and adds significant value to clients.
As a founding partner of Ackermann, he has led the operations of Ackermann Colombia for 7 years and has positioned the brand as one of the leading Executive Search firms in the country, providing an innovative and fully personalized approach to executive searches
Before founding Ackermann, Óscar Sobrón served as a director at Nicholson International and Alexandermann Group and was also the founder and director of Accetis International, in addition to having worked at Ford’s European headquarters in Germany.
He holds a degree in Economics and a Master’s in International Trade and speaks six languages: Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese.
