Prior to engaging in consulting he was for over 20 years Human Resources Director of major corporations such as Citibank, Shell Oil and Chase Manhattan Bank. In the 1990s, he assumed the position of Global Director of Human Resources at Banco Santander in Madrid. He was one of the members of the internationalization team, participating in the acquisitions and incorporations of more than 22 new institutions to Grupo Santander, in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa. He was transferred to Brazil as Executive Director of General Administration and Human Resources, where he completed his executive career.
As a consultant since the 2000s, he has been leading human resource management strategies consulting projects and has also been involved in academic life as a lecturer and speaker. In 2007 he founded ARC Executive Talent Recruiting, a consulting firm specializing in strategy and human resources management, coaching and counseling, executive recruitment and corporate governance services.
Francisco is a Psychologist from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, in Human Resources Management from PUC – Pontificia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, in Human Resource Strategy from The University of Michigan and is a Coach Certified by Erikson College (Canada).
