With more than two decades of professional experience, Mr. Picardo has been managing international energy projects along Europe and Latin America always closet to the Industrial sector as well.
Prior to joining Ackermann International as Parter Director at Ackermann Executive Search, Mr. Picardo was with Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner responsible for the energy sector in Latin Amercia and Country Manager for Chile. Prior, he was with Vestas, a leading global wind manufacturer, where he held the positions of Vice President, General Manager Spain & Portugal, later Brazil and finally Latin America. In addition, Mr. Picardo was a member of the European Med Executive Committee.
Earlier, he served as Senior Director in British Petroleum Oli/Gas business for the heavy industry in Spain focused in Liquid Natural Gas. Member of a PanEuropean team with projects in Middle East and Africa, and before in Mobil Oil Spain & Portugal for the lubricants and based oils in different managerial positions.
He recieved a master’s in business administration degree from the IMD in Lausanne and Miami, in addition to a bachelor’s degree as Minning Engineer in Madrid Polytechninc University.
