Carla Ferrer has more than 15 years of experience in Selection Consulting, including more than 10 years of development RPO projects.
As RPO global leader of Ackermann International, she is responsible for designing strategic recruitment plans for multinationals and building operational work teams.
Prior to joining Ackermann International, Carla has held several key responsabilities in two imporant HR consulting firms. She also has worked as sales and team management positions for differents multinationals.
She holds a degree in Psychology from the Deusto Univesity (Bilbao, Spain).
