Martha Ines is responsible for directing and leading Ackermann International’s Colombia office. With extensive experience in Executive Search industry, she has ample experience with clients in the Technology, Healthcare, Construction, etc. industries. One of her key drivers of success is her demonstrated ability to understand the value chain of her clients and become a strategic partner to the companies with which she collaborates.
Prior to joining the world of Head Hunting, Martha Inés served as Chief Marketing, Sales and Customer Service for various Telecomm industry players, in Colombia, Chile, Ecuador and in the Caribbean. Entel Chile and Claro Colombia are among the leading industry operators she served in.
She has over 20 years of experience developing and implementing strategic, sales, marketing and customer service plans. She also counts with strong experience in company startups, divestitures, and in creating and implementing alternative sales channels and developing new products. This background provides her with the ability to manage change, build strong teams, be results oriented, flexible and knowledgeable of different cultures.
Industrial Engineer (Potificial Javerian University, Colombia) and post graduated specialization courses in Communications (Free University, Brussels). Spanish, English and French.
