She began her career at Bci Bank, one of the leading bank in Chile, where she specialised in business and management positions search and local key executive identification.
She joins Ackermann International, Executive Search team, in 2014, since then conducting numerous senior management searches for diferent industries like Construction, Energy, Mining, Technology, Healthcare and Business Consulting.
Catalina has a degree in Communication and Public Relations at Las Américas University of Santiago de Chile.
