Ackermann International was created in 2009 with the name Ackermann Executive and the aim of being an Executive Search and HR Consulting firm of international reference. The company starts his activity from Madrid and Barcelona.

INTERNATIONAL PRESENCE
In 2010 Ackermann Executive set up its first international presence with offices in Latam: Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Brazil, Chile, Peru, and Miami, in order to accompany its clients in their internationalization strategies.
That same year, Ackermann Executive creates a joint venture with The Beaumont Group and becomes one of the top 10 Executive Search multinationals in the world. The company is renamed Ackermann Beaumont Group.

As globalization, digitalization and complexity of economy change the needs of markets and clients, Ackermann evolves and establishes a new business strategy to responding to a that new environment and to continuing to help its clients find the best top talent anywhere in the world.
In 2017, Ackermann has become a shareholder of SpenglerFox in order to have a wide presence in all geographies. In line to this new global strategy, Ackermann changes its name to Ackermann International.
